What a spectacular late-October weekend in Minneapolis! The temperature on Saturday reached the upper 60’s and the sunshine made it a great day to work outside. With weather like this and some autumn color in the yard, even the nastiest chores couldn’t bring me down. And I did spend Saturday working on nasty chores: cleaning the gutters and sweeping pigeon nests/droppings from under the eaves.
(By the way, do any other bungalow owners have tips for keeping birds and squirrels from taking up residence under the shelter of deep bungalow eaves?)
Once my work was finished, I paused to savor the day and snap a few photos of the fall color in the yard. Enjoy!
