		<description>amazing what you find when you are doing renovations isn&#039;t it?  not to mention scary ...

Ours was built in &#039;68 and is still offering up small mysteries ... we have lived in it since 86 and been doing small and also large restorations for all of that time ...off and on. There is now only one wall we have not touched.
 We used to hire but got fed up with the quality of workmanship and the uncertainty of it all..now we do it ourselves.  Our main bathroom has been under major construction for a year and a half .... almost there...but, now I wrecked my back lifting my end of the tub in and out one too many times.  Sigh... hubby is puttering while awaiting the return to robust health of his little burro.
