Nice fix, and another good picture! Plumbers epoxy is some amazing stuff. They’ve been running ads on TV around here for something called “mighty putty” .. they show people using it for all sorts of crazy stuff.

Josh – Do you have to destroy the concrete to run the pipe under? Seems like you don’t need a great width, you might be able to dig under from both sides, connect the pipe, then fill everything in. - Mortar in Wall
